• MS SQL/ASP integration/queries
• XML and SOAP experience
• PHP, Cold Fusion experience helpful

Information Technology/Network Operations:

• Microsoft and Linux operating system experience
• TCP/IP networking knowledge
• IIS and Apache experience
• MSSQL and MySQL Server experience
• Linux mail server experience
• FTP Server experience

Technical Support:

• Basic computing skills
• Solid customer service skills
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Calm demeanor when workload grows
